How We Work

Depending on the project scope and your preferences, we can be as hands-on or hands-off as you see fit. We can create a master plan that you’ll complete on your own, partner with you throughout the entire process, or somewhere in between. Our services are billed hourly so you get to decide how much help you need. No matter the level of support, we believe in making it a collaborative and iterative process by seeking your input along the way. It is important to us that you feel empowered to make decisions and feel proud of the end results.

  • Consult

    The initial consult is free and typically takes 30 minutes. We listen closely to understand your goals, challenges, and style so we can submit a realistic proposal for you. During the conversation, we’ll brainstorm ideas, answer questions, chat about the budget, and discuss next steps.

  • Create

    Once you sign the proposal, we’ll need measurements and pictures before the work gets underway. From there, we’ll share our initial recommendations and/or mood boards to make sure we’re aligned. Your feedback will help us create a curated list of product recommendations and/or to-do items.

  • Complete

    Our #1 goal is to deliver high quality results while completing the project on time and on budget. When we play a hands-on role in the process, we can continue to tweak and make changes until you’re happy with the end results. We believe our work is done when you love your space again.
